    Biological ceramic particle filter material is a gray brown ball shaped particle made mainly from high-quality clay, processed through a series of processes such as drying, batching, powder making, ball forming, high-temperature firing, and screening. The product exhibits well-developed and well distributed surface micropores in terms of physical microstructure, with an average micropore diameter of about 200 microns. Microorganisms growing inside the micropores are not easily lost, allowing the aerated biofilter to operate intermittently; With a large specific surface area, it can attach, grow, and reproduce a large number of microorganisms, which can increase the volumetric load of the aerated biofilter and significantly improve the degradation rate; Light in texture, high in strength, resistant to friction, washable, and does not release toxic or harmful substances into water bodies. It has good physical, chemical, and hydraulic properties and can adapt to different requirements for sewage purification. It is the preferred filter material for water treatment, especially for biological pretreatment of sewage and slightly polluted source water, as well as for water filtration technology.

    Φ0.5-2mm Suitable for BAF-N tanks or DN-P filters. Suitable for the treatment and reuse of urban sewage denitrification concentration, as well as for the pretreatment of polluted raw water in water supply processes and industrial water filtration fillers.
    Φ1-3mm Suitable for BAF-N tanks or DN-P filters. Suitable for deep treatment and reuse of urban sewage for nitrogen and phosphorus removal, as well as for the treatment of slightly polluted raw water in water supply and industrial water filtration.
    Φ3-5mm Suitable for concentration treatment and reuse after secondary treatment in urban sewage treatment plants. It can generally be used as BAF-N tank and also as industrial water filtration packing.
    Φ4-6mm Suitable for biochemical treatment of urban sewage.
