They are mainly used in drying towers, absorption towers, cooling towers in industries such as chemical, metallurgical, and gas. They can also be used in carbon dioxide degassing towers, ozone contact reaction towers, etc. Relatively speaking, the application range of ceramic Bao'er rings is quite common.
3. Plastic
The plastic material Ball ring is a type of perforated ring packing with equal height and diameter, and two rows of windows with internal protruding tongues are opened on the ring wall to make the gas-liquid distribution more complete, fully utilizing the surface area inside the ring, improving efficiency while reducing pressure. The shapes of plastic ball rings are quite diverse, with the main shapes being rice shaped, cross shaped, and cross shaped. Plastic Ball Ring is mainly suitable for absorption, washing, and distillation in some industries such as gas, environmental protection, and petroleum.
The three materials of the Ball Ring are widely used, and the different materials reflect their respective advantages and application fields.
